So this time Jason appears to have just gone total homer and picked Marquette, an in-state school, to go all the way. He's alone with that pick, so if they win, Jason can truly say he and he only had that one. I like it. I would like to go homer and take the Memphis Tigers to the title, but my sensible side takes over and realizes that Memphis is too stupid to win six in a row. I'll go with the team that appeared to be the most complete during the season, the Hoosiers. I'm also entertained by both Jason and me going against our "Anyone But Duke" mantra and picking the Blue Devils to make the Final Four. Maybe we'll provide a double jinx and get Duke fucked up in the first game. Go Albany Great Danes! I'm also amused at Jay's selection of New Mexico as the shocker opponent for Marquette in the title game. I wonder how many New Mexico games Jason saw this year, because I know I saw zero. Lastly, I want to be on record as being amazed at all of the Louisville love out there. What did this underachieving group show everyone before their hot streak to win the Big East tournament? I've been waiting for them to play this well for a couple of years, but now that they've doing it, I'm not buying them keeping it up at all. I got them being the first #1 seed eliminated, and it's not even close. Let's tip it off and see who's bracket is best!
